It’s official. I have to break up with gluten on a full time basis. After doing one full week of eating gluten free, I had a slice of rye toast on Sunday to see if I’d notice a difference. I really wasn’t expecting any reaction after only a week, but within 5 mins of eating that slice of toast, I knew.
Today, I’d like to announce the new love of my life…BarreCore! It has taken me a year to get my tush into a Barre class, and after multiple attempts, on Sunday it finally happened!
Happy Foodie Friday! It’s the yummiest day of the week for sure! A few weeks ago I was over at my friend Nicola’s house for some girl time, and she made this meal for us to enjoy. I cannot express how simple, quick and delicious this meal is. Not only that, but it’s a great veggie option to put into your meal rotation. It makes about 5 generous servings.
