When it comes to my nighttime routine, I am fiercely loyal to it. This was not always the case, but after struggling and living with random bouts of insomnia that can last for months at a time, you can understand why I am so protective of my sleepy-time.

I discovered this life-altering salad when I was in my final year of college in Sydney. I was in the land of abundance when it comes to avocados and boy, did I embrace it! I ate an avocado a day! April is a crazy month for me. Not only am I working full time, studying and launching this site (yay!), but I get the amazing opportunity to be apart of a conference that is happening the last weekend of the month.

I’m not complaining, it’s just that stress can creep up on me when I’m not paying attention to myself and what I need to be a functioning adult. I have a slight obsession with listening to audio books. It all began 2 years ago when I was going through a season of insomnia (huzzah!).
